All employees, consultants, trades and suppliers are charged with, and are expected to commit to this overall Pringle Development policy. Policies, processes, and procedures have been adopted by Pringle Development to implement this plan and are adjusted annually for improvements.

All employees, consultants, trades and suppliers are expected to know their role in the NHQ Certified Home Builder System and to conduct themselves appropriately at all times in their ongoing dealings with the public and with prospective and actual customers of Pringle Development.

Any activities not in accordance with the quality system are to be reported immediately to the quality manager or a quality representative of Pringle Development.
