Pringle Development Enters the “Duke” Model in the Parade of Homes™
Leesburg, February 22, 2006: Pringle Development, a leading developer and residential homebuilder of Active Adult Communities in Central Florida entered their unique Duke model in the 2006 Lake County Parade of Homes™.
This home is located in the Legacy of Leesburg community, located just south of Leesburg on Hwy. 27. The development is approximately 650 acres and will have 999 single family homes upon completion.
The Duke model is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage plan with a large living and dining area and a beautiful Courtyard. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and a pantry. The 2006 Parade of Homes™ begins February 25, 2006 and runs until March 5, 2006. Viewing hours are Monday – Saturday from 10AM – 5PM, and on Sundays from noon - 5PM.
