Pringle Development, Inc. has been named among the winners of the 2006 National Housing Quality (NHQ) Awards, given by the NAHB Research Center and Reed Business Information, publishers of Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler magazines. Pringle was one of three developers nationwide to receive the competition’s silver award.
The awards represent the highest recognition by the home-building industry for quality achievement, and are open to all U.S. residential construction companies. Entries are judged by panels of experts who evaluate the role that customer-focused quality plays in construction, business management, sales, design, and warranty service.
NAHB Research Center President Michael Luzier said, "We are proud to recognize these industry leaders for their exceptional efforts to incorporate quality assurance throughout their daily business practices. Each of these companies has displayed outstanding leadership in the home building arena and a discernable dedication to quality and customer satisfaction."
“Our team’s work and dedication to Pringle Development and to creating a quality product and a quality customer experience is what makes Pringle such a great company,” said Ken Knorr, vice president/quality assurance and business solutions for Pringle.
“I wish I could have 207 of these awards because everyone at Pringle deserves one,” said President, Dr. Alan Parrow.
Winners of the NHQ Award are featured in Professional Builder magazine articles that highlight their company's quality management practices and serve as models for the benefit of the housing industry.
Other winners in this year’s competition were (gold), Ideal Homes of Norman, OK, Shea Homes, San Diego, and Veridian Homes of Madison, WI. Other silver award winners were C.P. Morgan of Indianapolis and KB Home Las Vegas Division.
