 After the Sale 



  • The Sales Department will contact you and remain in contact every 4-6 weeks throughout the building process.
  • You will receive a call from our attorney’s office to schedule your lot closing.
  • After closing on your lot, Property Management, will contact you regarding Home Owner Association fees.
  • Call the Design Center when you are ready to make your Design and/or Décor appointment (in enough time to have the Notice To Proceed (NTP) signed within 2 years of your contract date).

 Design 



  • Red Carpet Express (RCE): 1 day appointment with a Décor Consultant.
  • Complete Architectural Design: 2-3 day appointment with a Designer and a Décor Consultant.
  • RCE customers will sign the NTP the same day as the décor appointment .
  • CAD customers will receive the NTP packet approximately 113 days after the initial design appointment.

 Design Post Review 



  • RCE: Post NTP plan review process approximately 48 days .
  • CAD:Post NTP plan review process approximately 61 days.

 Accounting 



  • The steps necessary to review financing or receive deposits. (This time can vary from bank to bank.)

 Applying for building permit 



  • Permit is processed with the city or county.

 Construction 



  • Sequence of Construction events:
    1. Slab & Foundation
    2. Framing
    3. Mechanical Trades
    4. Drywall
    5. Cabinetry & Finishes
    6. Final Building Inspection
    7. Home Owner Orientation
    8. Sign off & Closing
  • Your Builder will call weekly to provide progress updates.
  • We will provide construction progress pictures via email.
  • You will be notified by the Accounting Department each time a draw is due.

 Warranty 



  • Your Pringle home comes with a full one year warranty (excluding cosmetic items).
