envisioned a community that would offer a sunny retreat for his
friends and colleagues seeking to escape the long, cold winters of
the northeastern states. He purchased a generous tract of fertile
lakeside land in the rolling terrain of Lake County, and made his
dream a reality. Almost 100 years later, Pringle Homebuilding Group
is proud to continue Frederick Pringle’s legacy as Central Florida’s
